My efforts focus on recruiting nationwide for companies that design and manufacture optical, electro-optic, imaging, and laser systems. The roles that I commonly work on range from early career engineer up to the VP level. My major business clientele are companies and R&D divisions that specialize in Optics, Lasers, AR/VR, Autonomous Vehicles, Imaging, Displays, Instrumentation, Camera Design, Vision Systems, Sensors and Detectors, and new product development.
In this space, I work primarily with Commercial, Medical, and Industrial clients in locations across the US. These clients range from 5 person start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. I have an extensive client and candidate network in the technological and optical hot bed areas in California, Massachusetts, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, New York, Florida, and North Carolina.
