Looking for a Director of Integrated Photonics to lead the cross-functional engineering team working on improving IC chip design & capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• – Lead and manage the integrated photonics team
• – Strong, proven background in photonic device design, improvement, and product market verification
• – Must have management experience of engineering teams, or at the least engineering team leadership of ~5-15 engineers
• – Extensive experience with photonic systems, including waveguides, modulators, and detectors

REQUIRED:

• Ph.D. or MA in Photonics, Optics, Physics, or EE
• Ability to be on-site full-time in Texas
• Commitment & excitement for leading & building the photonics IC team over the next few years
