Recruiter Ryan Asher
My role is to help our extensive clientele network build and sustain their technical teams. I work with companies throughout the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on engineers with industry experience in designing and manufacturing optical, electro-optic, imaging, and lasers systems. My major business clientele are companies and R&D divisions specializing in Optics, Lasers, Quantum Computing, Lenses, Algorithm Development, Sensors and Detectors, Camera Design, Imaging, Displays, AR/VR, Instrumentation, and new product development.
The companies I work with are mostly in the Commercial, Industrial and Aerospace sectors, with current clients located across the U.S. I mainly work with well-established mid-sized companies, but I do also help start-ups build their teams Additionally, I also help support very large companies doing DoD-related work. I have a broad candidate and client network across the nation, with a concentration of both in the technological and optical hubs in states such as California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Washington, New York and Arizona.
