A&P Technicians troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft often working directly with clients to help them find solutions.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
  • You have a minimum of 10 -15 yrs of experience as an AP Mechanic and have worked on Bombardier’s set of products/ have previous BA experience
  • Have business aircraft experience
  • You have the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
  • PC skills and ability to work on our inhouse programs like Maximo etc – be computer literate
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status
  • Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools – Tools must be etched
  • Obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
  • Work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled workdays, holidays, work in seasonal and inclement weather outside
  • Obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable) (for sites that work at airport or on ramps)
