Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership
• Build & Lead the Product Engineering team
• Own & Drive Product Engineering capability within new product introduction process
• Financial and Resource Management

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Optics, Physics, or related field
• Experience in product engineering, with a focus on optical systems and assemblies or related technologies
• Experience working in product development, having launched hardware products into the market
• Preferred experience with Fire Control and Night Vision Systems
• US Citizenship
