Be responsible for ideation, formulation, and overseeing execution of polymer product development programs to both grow and support company business in targeted and new markets. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in polymer material science. Responsibility for research products supporting core development of new and leveraged thin multi-layered cast polymer film technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead targeted layered polymeric material development projects and a small project team to resolve technical challenges.
• Fundamental understanding of polymer structure-property relationships for leading development roadmap to evaluate new technologies and materials.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Materials Science or related field
• Experience in polymeric material science related fields
• Experience with cast or blown extrusion of film and/or applications
• US Citizenship
