A highly experienced Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer with a specialized background in designing femtosecond laser systems and free-space optics to lead the productization of company products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced optical systems, modules, and subsystems for multi-photon spectroscopy, focusing on femtosecond laser technologies and free-space optics.
• Involve in the product development lifecycle from concept through New Product Introduction (NPI) to successful transfer to manufacturing, ensuring optimal cost, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) principles to optimize product designs for mass production while maintaining high performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in opto-mechanical-thermal engineering, with a focus on designing femtosecond laser systems and free-space optics for high-precision applications.
• Extensive experience with optical components, ultrafast lasers, nonlinear optical systems, and spectrometers.
