Optical Engineer
Toronto, ON
Contribute to the development of sensing solutions by designing optical sensors based on free space optical elements. This is an Optical Sensor Engineer position.
- Responsible for Research & Development work on electro & mechanical sensors
- Experience with multi-modal sensors, product development, & spectrometers is required
- Must have familiarity with free space optics & new product development from R&D through development and production
- Strong understanding/experience with one of Zemax, Code V, or equivalent software
- Strong understanding/experience with MATLAB
— MUST have industry experience with bringing products to production & market
