Manager of Business Development and Sales

Santa Clara, CA

Be part of developing electro-optical imaging and sensor products – including IR sensors, CMOS sensors, sensor and camera cores, imaging systems, sensor systems, and camera systems.


  • Lead business development planning and execution.
  • Lead marketing planning and execution
  • Lead sales planning and execution
  • Plan, direct, and execute business development efforts to capture new business and ensure follow-on business.
  • Define technical needs and capabilities to satisfy customers.
  • Maximize business sales and profits.
  • Assist with budget, schedule, and technical direction.
  • Act as primary interface between company and customer.
  • Travel to various customer sites.


  • BS in Engineering is required; MBA a plus.
  • Industry experience in the sensor and/or imaging industry is required; business development and sales experience in the sensor and/or imaging industry is required; technical understanding and/or experience with sensor and/or imaging products is required; experience with product design, development, and manufacturing is required.
