World’s most advanced ultra-precision machining solutions for freeform diamond turning, milling, and grinding which are used to produce optical lenses, mold inserts, mirrors, and precision mechanical components for defense, aerospace, consumer optics and other high-tech industries. Machines produce rotationally symmetric, asymmetric, freeform, and sculpted geometries with form tolerances and surface finishes measured at the nanometer level.

Seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and career minded individual to serve as our Global Service Director.

This position can be based in either the NH or MA location to provide leadership, coaching and direction to the customer service personnel across multiple locations.

Will be responsible for the Service P&L to and driving Service Excellence throughout the Business Unit.


  • Cultivate a culture of Safety within the Service Organization. Drive best practices for Safety.
  • Initiate and deploy Recurring Revenue opportunities including Service Plans, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Extended Warranties, and Subscriptions, and SaaS.
  • Monitor warranty issues and consolidate feedback to the business.
  • Create and implement pricing programs.
  • Work closely with R&D and Engineering for technical support. Resolve complex service issues.
  • Prepare and ensure team budgets and training objectives are set, communicated, and achieved.
  • Collaborate with key account customers to understand their business needs and strategic objectives, form relationships with decision-makers, and identify, services business opportunities.


  • Experience managing a P&L, contract sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and presenting to executive management.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and recording of service reports and travel expenses from the field.
