Preferred qualifications include:

• Prior experience with small optical manufacturing companies or start-ups
• Strong familiarity with major Aerospace and Defense OEMS and prime contractors
• Experience with proposal and grant applications
• Hand’s on experience with optical components and systems development and manufacturing
