Business Development Manager
Will serve as the internal spearhead for market strategy, customer growth, market intelligence, and generating profitable business leads in the various market areas throughout the U.S. Depending on the level of customer engagement, you may provide guidance on multi-product opportunities. The company has multiple sensor products and you will be responsible for understanding the needs of our target customer base, translating that into a detailed market strategy and pursuing those directly. Products fall into the categories of Advanced Navigation, Fire Control, Situational Awareness, Weapons/Guidance Systems and Electro Optics systems for a variety of tactical applications.
The position requires flexibility to manage multiple projects while closing deals. Individual must be confident and experienced dealing within the defense and Federal markets domestically and potentially internationally. The successful candidate must be able to interact with a broad range of government leaders, company executives and technical staff. The successful candidate is a seasoned Capture Manager and Business Development professional with a high sense of urgency.

- BS degree or higher in Engineering or a Technical discipline required.
- Experience with Electro Optics, Sensor or Weapons systems preferred.
- 10+ years business development experience, capture techniques and program management experience with a solid understanding of the defense market.
- Hands-on experience with products developed for defense or other rugged environments.
