Job Overview:

The Automation Engineering Manager will lead the design, development, implementation, and management of automation systems and processes, aligning these solutions with organizational goals and compliance standards. Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance on project execution, technical challenges, and career development.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of team members.

Technical Expertise & Support:

• Provide technical guidance on the design and deployment of automation systems, including robotics, PLCs, SCADA systems, and IoT solutions.

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
